What a positive experience. A great day with fantastic Warrior Women! Inspiring, energetic and rewarding. I was apprehensive and a little worried about my fitness, but it was fun and a very supportive environment. I would highly recommend this for all women who want to invest in themselves for the day. Incredibly rewarding.

So I’m not a weight lifter but I thoroughly enjoyed women warriors. It pushed me out of my comfort zone and I felt invigorated and that I had really achieved something at the end of it all. First time and won’t be my last. An amazing experience and bunch of ladies. Thank you Clare and Erin for all your hard work and encouragement xxxx
A fun and enjoyable day of fitness and relaxation. I was able to push myself amongst like minded individuals and would recommend for women wanted to try something different
Attended my first Women Warriors sessions on the weekend and it was a fantastic experience. Great community of women pushing each other to do better, be stronger and believe in themselves. Was both challenging and gratifying at the same time. I felt stronger and more confident in myself for having participated. A weeks workout in a day followed by some calming and reflective sound therapy to help with healing the soul afterwards. Highly recommend to anyone looking to challenge themselves.
I went to my first Women Warriors event last week and it was fantastic. I was so nervous and completely out of my comfort zone however all of the ladies were so lovely and welcoming. Claire does such a great job running the event, it's suitable for all levels of fitness and if you are not as fit as others then it doesn't matter as you go at your pace. This was followed by an amazing yoga/sound bath session. I was surprised how good I felt afterwards, I felt so proud of myself that I pushed myself out of my comfort zone, this event was good for my mind, body and soul. As Claire says "get comfortable with being uncomfortable".
Claire Aves’ Woman Warriors Wellness Day was an extraordinary journey of physical endurance and personal discovery. Nestled in the serene backdrop of Hever, Kent, this program was more than just a Boot Camp; it was a holistic embrace of wellness that rejuvenated my spirit. The intensity of the workouts, led by the inspiring Claire, pushed me to my limits, yet every drop of sweat felt like a tribute to the strength we harbor within. The camaraderie amongst the women was palpable, creating an environment where every challenge was met with collective encouragement. The spa amenities provided a much-needed sanctuary to unwind and reflect on the day’s achievements. It was here that I found moments of tranquility, allowing the day’s exertions to transform into a sense of profound accomplishment.I am immensely grateful for the dedication of Claire and all the women involved, who made this experience not just amazing, but life-affirming. The program was impeccably organized, ensuring that each participant left feeling empowered and invigorated. To Claire and the team, thank you for an unforgettable wellness day that has left an indelible mark on my journey to self-discovery and empowerment.
I highly recommend these events. I had such a lovely day. I am a pretty shy person, but everyone made me feel so welcomed. I will definitely be joining again.
Amazing experience! Claire is so motivating, fun and knowledgeable. Everyone is so welcoming and kind. I felt I for an amazing workout, learnt loads and would high recommend. They have awesome events as well as regular social trips and workouts. The yoga and breath work with the spa time was an added bonus and so needed after a great workout. I felt completely comfortable even without much experience or understanding of fitness. So much fun and can't wait for the next. 🤪💪
What a wonderful amazing day from start ro finish.Claire is fantastic professional and gives such encouragement throught the whole day.The workout and fitness is so well put together and caters to everyone's different abilities but also pushes you to get comfortable being uncomfortable and get through it.It's so nice to be able to make friends from this experience aswell, there's no one left out and no sense of uncomfort. So much encouragement from each and every lady there .The sound bath and breath work was amazing and ended the session wonderfully. It was emotional and healing at the same time. Was wonderful to all use the spa facilities at the end with everyone especially the ice bath and cheering each other on to to do it.
I not going to lie I am probably at the most unfit I’ve ever been in my life. Ive spend the last 7 years focusing on my personal and spiritual development, but I’ve neglected my body.So to say this event was out my comfort zone would be an understatement.I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to keep up or worse, have to pull out. The fact that I bloody loved the whole experience is a testament to the amazing Claire ‘founder of women worriers’She held space with so much confidence that it made me feel like I was capable of doing anything. Claire gave encouragement, and pushed me to keep going when I felt like giving up.It was really tough but all done with so much love from Claire. She wants you to smash it.Don’t worry what level you are, just go for it!Claire & all the women support each other all the way. It’s amazing! Thank you so much xxx
Just finished an incredible military-style workout class followed by a lovely spa with Women Warriors! The workout was packed with unique exercises and challenges you can’t find anywhere else — it really pushed me to my limits, but in a rewarding way. Claire our trainer was super motivating and made sure everyone kept proper form. After that intense session, the spa felt like heaven. If you’re looking for a workout that’s both tough and fun, with a perfect relaxing finish, this is it.
Wowza! Wicked workout, proper boot camp style, great group of ladies all cheering each on. The spa at the end was a really lovely calm experience after all that working out. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking to get fit and meet like minded ladies. See you all at the next one. Thanks Claire 😊
Women Warriors is a great way toincrease your fitness in a fun andenjoyable way. I had a fantasticexperience with the training whichpushed me past my comfort zoneand challenged me in a healthy way.I met so many amazing women fromall walks of life that I would never havecrossed paths with if it wasn’t forWomen Warriors and have metup with some of them after theevent for coffees and long walks.I think Women Warriors is aboutwomen supporting each other toachieve goals and make new friendswhile also focusing on fitness.
One of the best things I have done to start my summer spirit. This event was like a detox and mental cleanse. Meeting like minded people; sharing ideas; encouraging each other , leading each other towards betterment of life and happiness. Creating physical fitness goals and some long lasting friendships. The best one. Lots of love and support. This is my second event with women warriors, I would rather call Claire as “life coach”. The event was filled with Claire’s genuine concern with my emotional well- being and her in-depth plan of action to challenge and encourage me to make the right choices to better physical and mental health. I’m so excited to attend the next events and carry on my fitness journey.
I had a fantastic day today. Was really quite nervous not knowing anyone but straight away felt at ease. Being put into teams was a really nice as usually l'd train alone.Claire is full of energy and really encourages you to push yourself. The spa is lush!! In all honesty the whole experience was 10/10!!Thank you

I cannot recommend highly enough. Felt a little nervous going, with only knowing Claire, but instantly felt welcome and comfortable. Also, after a tough week (redundancy) left in so much happier mood than before I went, so helped my morale. Thank you xx
What an amazing experience we had at Women Warrior ! I went to the event didn’t know what to expect, as i have seen in previous videos that will be hard i was quite scared, but as soon as we started we all got really energised, supported each order. Claire is an amazing coach, she made all off us feel great, she was very considerate with our fitness level and everything. The talk was really inspiring. And of course the Spa after the hard work was so good and relaxing.Definitely going again!
