With over 18 years of experience as a Personal Trainer and coach, I’ve had the privilege of working with thousands of men and women, helping them transform not only their fitness but their mindset. Today, I lead Claire Aves Fitness, a thriving business built on the principles of empowerment, and I’m proud to extend that mission through Women Warriors, a platform designed to uplift and inspire women to build resilience, strength, and self-belief.
Erine – Head Warrior

Erine began her journey in 1996 when she joined the British Army as a clerk, spending the early years of her career attached to the Infantry. Demonstrating exceptional physical fitness—outperforming many of her male counterparts—she qualified as a Unit Physical Training Instructor (PTI), leading fitness training for her unit.

Specializing in the martial art of Muay Thai, Joh’s career has been dedicated to training and teaching people of all ages and backgrounds the art of fighting. Her passion for Muay Thai shines through in her disciplined yet approachable training style, empowering others to unlock their potential.
Having known Claire for over five years through various training experiences, Joh is now proud to be part of the Wellness Warriors team. She looks forward to sharing her expertise and enthusiasm with new and diverse groups, helping them achieve their fitness and wellness goals.
